Role:
Senior Legal Associate
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of robust experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
- Bachelor’s and/or Post-graduate degree in Law from a top-tier institution
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to provide sound legal opinions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting: Prepare, review and revise a wide range of contracts and agreements,
including Vendor Contracts, Master Service Agreements, Master Consulting Agreements,
Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other legal documents as required. - Contract Review: Carefully examine contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and identify potential risks and liabilities.
- Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions for the company, ensuring that our interests are protected.
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to provide insights and recommendations on complex legal issues.
- Legal Opinions: Draft clear and concise legal opinions to support decision-making within the organization.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders both within the company and external partners, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex legal matters effectively.
