Senior Associate – Standards & Practices
Qualifications:
- An experienced professional from broadcast industry with 5+ years of relevant experience. OTT experience will be helpful.
- Education – Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Media would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Content Review and Compliance Support:
- Conduct thorough reviews of content, generating sensitivity reports in strict adherence to industry standards, legal regulations, and both Broadcast and Digital Network guidelines.
- Collaborate with editors to ensure approved content aligns with compliance standards.
- Offer comprehensive S&P and compliance support to internal teams, including Production, Programming, Marketing, On-Air Promotion (OAP), Editing, and Dubbing.
- Schedule Management:
- Develop and maintain synchronized S&P schedules with on-air program schedules.
- Collaborate closely with Programming teams across various channels to facilitate show substitutions, post-11 shows, and ‘Do Not Air’ directives.
- Coordination and Operations:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for precise material tracking, media replacements, and the implementation of no-smoking warnings and disclaimers.
- Work alongside editing vendors to oversee edit session scheduling, ensuring adherence to stringent timelines.
