Qualifications:
- LL.B., / LL.M.,
- Experience on venture investments, private equity, and M&A transactions
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines if necessary
- Ability to interact with clients independently
- Excellent written/ oral communication and organizational skills are required
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- High attention to detail
- Proven background on corporate law. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Ability to prepare legal documents
- Working with a sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent drafting skills. Ability to work individually or in a team
- A critical thinker and good problem-solving ability
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, business transfer agreements etc.,
- Experience with conducting and supervising due legal diligence
- Draft FEMA and Companies Act
- Attitude to solve/ find workable solutions for the problem/issue on hand
- Ability to supervise and work with a team
