About:
Bharat Dispute Resolution (BDR) is tech-driven Institutional Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. They leverage technology, legal professionals and major Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms like mediation, arbitration and conciliation for the speedy, efficient and effective redressal of disputes. Their Rules are based on Model laws from around the world and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and encompasses a wide range of disputes at less cost.

Qualification:
- Possess a law degree
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in diverse court proceedings and legal matters.
- Proficient in dissecting intricate legal issues and delivering effective solutions. Skilled in developing innovative strategies tailored to clients, projects, and portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, coupled with drafting and litigation experience, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
Experience:
- PQE 2 years of expertise in civil and criminal litigation, including areas such as debt and civil recovery, arbitrations, insolvency, cheque bounce cases, and MSME facilitation council matters.
- Acquired 2+ years of experience in an Asset Reconstruction Company.
