Role:
Public Relations Manager and Legal

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Certificate in Law or related (desirable).
• At least three years of managerial experience in a legal environment.
• At least three years of managerial experience in coordinating with government officials in Pune, Mumbai, Satara, Mahabaleshwar, and Goa(desired).
• At least three years of Public Relations managerial experience in Pune, Mumbai, Satara, Mahabaleshwar, and Goa(desired).
• Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
• Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents.
• Systematic knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
• Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Ability to travel by bus/car to Mahabaleshwar, Satara, Mumbai, Goa and Pune, etc as required.
Responsibilities:
• Report to and work with the Managing Director of our company.
• Personally represent the company and maintain good working relationships with people.
• Coordinate with government officials.
• Managing the organization’s public relations (PR) individually.
• Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s services, including a crisis management strategy
• Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
• Analyzing all legal and public representation of the organization and drafting appropriate responses.
• Representing the organization at any public representation situations and events.
• Perform accurate legal research and analysis.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
• Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
• Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
• Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
• Prepare and format legal and management reports.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
• Respond to all case-related queries.
• Attend cases. Acquire relevant critical documents needed for cases.
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
• Land acquisition.
• Government liasoning.
