Experience:
PQE 3-4 years of experience in the PE/VC sector
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating first drafts of term sheets and definitive agreements for our investments and be actively involved in all negotiations.
- The candidate will also be required to liaise with and work with our vendors on conducting financial, tax and legal due diligence on prospective investee companies and most importantly work with the BEENEXT founders in evaluating the most suitable structures to give life to their ambitions within the contours of local legal
