Role:
Legal Associate – Real Estate
Qualifications:
- LL.B. from reputed university;
- Candidate must be having minimum 3 (Three) years of working experience in a reputed law firm and must have good communication and negotiation skills;
- Candidate must have knowledge of applicable Real Estate laws; and
- Candidate must have experience in Title Investigations for various properties located in Northern India and must have adequate experience in handling drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts in Real Estate sector.
Note: Only candidates currently working in the law firms and meeting the aforesaid criteria shall be considered for the aforesaid vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence of the properties including title investigation at the concerned office of registrar / sub-registrar of assurance, analysing various title documents of the properties located in Northern India for the purpose of drafting and reviewing of title investigation reports;
- Drafting and review of various contracts / agreements in Real Estate sector including but not limited to non-disclosure agreement(s), term sheet(s), MoU(s), development management agreement(s), contractor agreement(s), joint venture agreement(s), collaboration agreement(s), cancellation agreement(s), lease deed(s), sub-lease deed(s), rent agreement(s), conveyance / sale deed(s), asset transfer agreement(s), leave and license agreement(s), etc.; and
