Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting agreements, MOU’s, LOA’s, etc. for broadcast deals, film/program production, department related contracts, etc.
- Legal research
- Keeping a tab on latest legal and industry developments and updating the Company on the same
- Contract Management and legal data extraction
- Liasoning inter and intra department and with external counterparts, counsels, etc.
- Reviewing/protecting the Trademark of the Company
- Due diligence
- MIB & TRAI related renewals, correspondence, etc
