About:
Mr. Mayank Sapra is primarily practising in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other Tribunals. His areas of practice include Arbitration Law, Service Law, Telecommunication and Broadcasting Laws, Company Law and Insolvency Law. He is empanelled with Counsel to Secure Justice and have been representing the victims in POCSO matters. He actively provide pro-bono services to the needy. He has been also been working on the Disabilities Law in India and advise various NGOs and individual clients about various facets of the Disabilities Law in India. Besides practising law, he also take keen interest in interacting with students by way of lectures, moot courts, seminars etc. on law as well as non-law subjects.

Responsibilities:
- The nature of work is Litigation including but not limited to commercial, matrimonial, criminal and service matters.
- The candidate would be expected to appear in the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, various District Courts and Tribunals in Delhi.
