About:
A 25-year-old policy research think tank, CCS is a pioneer in policy training courses. Developed by CCS’ Policy Training & Outreach Department (or the CCS Academy), these courses focus on economically liberal approaches to public policy. The Academy has a diverse audience and alumni base, comprising students, educators, journalists, development leaders, and young professionals. Through its training programs and continued engagement with audiences and alumni, the Academy develops new leaders with new ideas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory) + 1 regional language (preferred)
- Preferred prior experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, social media marketing and students outreach would be an added advantage.
- Preferred prior experience of working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
- Candidates with proficiency in Canva and other similar platforms would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Course content strategizing, design, and facilitation.
- Branding of the courses and events (at relevant platforms) being offered by CCS Academy
- Partnering with leading colleges and institutes in India to conduct certificate courses in public policy and credit courses
- Identify different student groups (online and offline) to reach out to them for our courses and events
- Coordinating with the design and social media team for creating content (written and audio-visual)
- Create and implement effective social media campaigns that attract applications for our courses
