Implementation & Onboarding Associate
Location:
Bengaluru, India
Qualification:
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/work experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers by understanding their basic requirements and helping configure the SpotDraft platform
- Support senior team members in setting up integrations with tools like CRM, HRMS, or ticketing platforms
- Help maintain documentation for onboarding steps and common support queries
- Provide helpful, prompt communication to customers and internal teams
- Learn to troubleshoot minor technical issues with support from engineering and product teams
- Collect and share customer feedback to help improve onboarding processes
