Associate – Construction Advisory & Disputes Consultant

PQE:
0 to 4 years
Location:
Beijing, Beijing, China Hybrid
Qualifications:
- Newly-qualified or with up to 4 years’ PQE although candidates with more years’ experience will be considered.
- PRC qualification and/or foreign qualification will be considered.
- Where relevant to the candidate’s experience, commercial litigation background with construction dispute resolution experience such as arbitration and litigation will be preferred.
- Able to understand commercial or construction contracts.
- Technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
- Language skills – Chinese (native) and English (fluent, written and spoken).
- A team player with good working attitude, a strong client-focussed approach, excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to the team internally and to clients externally.
