Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary with 7+ years of experience, and 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA and other relevant laws and regulations
- Experience with large professional service firms, dealing with Indian subsidiaries of Foreign Companies is a requirement
- Experience in managing and leading a team of company secretaries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- They are looking for a Company Secretary – Head of Division to lead and manage their company secretarial operations. The Head of Division will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing the day-to-day operations of the company secretarial department, and providing advice and guidance on company secretarial matters to the management team.
- Business Development is a key part of the Role.
