Qualifications:
– Min 4 years or more experience in marketing, business administration, team handling, and team building or similar.
– Experience in connecting with Domestic and International Clients.
– Great networking skills for business development.
– Team handling experience.
– Should have good communication skills in English especially in order to handle International clients.
– Great listening and analytical skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and target target-oriented.
– Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to create new processes.
– Take Total ownership of team targets and success.
– Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets and relevant software platforms.
– Solutions and result-oriented and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to clients, finding and retaining clients, and encouraging existing clients to share their requirements with us, keeping a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations. Handling a team that helps close client requirements. This position requires exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and address client needs and provide quick solutions, along with team handling skills.
-Connect with International Clients on various platforms for their requirements and represent us to them.
-Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, cold calling, email marketing, and data mining for various freelancing opportunities for our students.
-Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
-Generating Leads and converting them into placement opportunities for our students.
-Make outbound calls as needed on leads shared by the team.
-Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained with quality placements.
-Handling a team of 5-7 members who will assist in closing opportunities you bring and other tasks.
-Having full responsibility for the monthly team targets, able to process with the team, brainstorm, and ensure team stability and alignment towards targets and goals.
-Think quickly and provide timely solutions to challenges.
-Maintain strong follow-up and accurate documentation.
-Maintain proper records of all your work.
