Qualification:
- The candidate must be well-versed with the Arbitration Law, CPC, Limitation, SRA, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Must be equipped with excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Consistent, hardworking and capable of quality work with an efficient and focused performance ethic
- A team player who is interactive, open to considering different perspectives and capable of an open discussion to develop the best strategy concerning the assignment at hand
- Written communication must be clear, concise and effective
- Candidates from reputed colleges with good drafting skill and appearance in court will be given preference.
Experience:
- PQE 3-4 years
- Must have prior experience in handling civil disputes and arbitration matters
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis of Court appearances Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements Support senior attorneys in case preparation and client representation Collaborate with team members on various legal matters Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
