They are looking for lawyers who have focused experience on Corporate Commercial Practice and M&A. Capable of handling transactions with minimal supervision..
Experience:
At least 4-5 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1/2 law firm(s)
Responsibilities:
The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation, advice, and services to clients, participating in team meetings and case discussions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.
