Role:

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 (𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥)

Area:

Freelance Mentoring, Student communication and guidance, CV and mock interview preparation.

Location:

Remote

Qualifications:

– Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with a min of  3-5 years of prior experience, preferably in Human resources, or the legal field.
– Should have good communication skills.
– Great listening and analytical skills.
– Confident in mentoring students on Zoom.

– People enjoy having a conversation with you, they tend to open up with you.
– You love mentoring and have worked on similar lines.
– People feel encouraged and inspired after talking to you. You find that doing this is uplifting for your own spirits too. You will not get bored of doing this every day for hours & and hours.
– You have good communication skills, especially since you can write briefly & and precisely. Perfect English is mandatory for this job.
– You are a curious person, who loves to learn new information and skills, and you will put in the effort to learn deeply about the legal industry so you can help your job seekers better.
– You are resilient, do not give up easily and your enthusiasm is infectious.
– You can join immediately within a week if selected and are looking for only long-term association.

Responsibilities:

– Be the first to find genuine and proper freelancing sites every month for our students to earn from.
– You will personally help 100+ students per month – in one-on-one sessions for freelancing
– You may have to help people with creating freelance job profiles on platforms like Upwork & and Fiverr too + assist with fine-tuning Linkedin profiles as well.
– You will be taking a min of 4 -5 sessions per day (each session for about 1/1.5 hours per student) on recorded calls over Zoom, and in sessions with different students. The rest of your time may be involved in collaboration with other teams, preparation, and administrative work.
– You would be expected to improve your knowledge and understanding of the legal recruitment industry over time which must reflect in the quality of advice you give to their learners.
