Role:
Associate – Litigation
Location:
New Delhi, India
Qualifications:
LL.B. + Up to 3 years of litigation experience
Proficiency in data handling, communication, and conflict resolution
Responsibilities:
• Draft and issue notices under SARFAESI Act: Loan Recall, Demand, Possession Notices
• File and manage Section 14 applications and defend borrower appeals under Section 17
• Assist in physical possession of secured properties
• Vet Loan Recall Notices across lines of business
• File Execution Petitions and manage service of court processes including warrants
• Facilitate One-Time Settlements (OTS) and disposal of repossessed properties
