The legal and risk underwriting team strives to mitigate or minimize legal, economic, reputational, and collection risks for all invested partners by implementing stringent underwriting and case-selection processes, as well as rigorous portfolio construction and monitoring. Associate- Legal and Risk
Location:
Gurugram
Qualification:
Good grasp of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Law, Corporate Law & Contract Law.
Experience:
1+ years of experience working as a litigation lawyer / Law firm
Responsibilities:
- Managing the litigation portfolio funded by the company
- Regular updates to clients on progress in cases
- Legal research and due-diligence on various legal issues.
- Conducting mediation and settlement in funded cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with advocates and clients.
