Qualifications:
- Highly qualified with legal research through viz. SCC Online, Manupatra.
- Well-versed in dealing with original side matters particularly Bail Applications, Criminal Appeal, Revision, First Appeal, Second Appeal Injuction Petition and Writ Petitions etc.
- Well versed with legal terminologies and usage conventions. Proofreading skills. Ability to draft concisely.
- Well versed with filing of petitions and pleadings through online web portals in Courts and Tribunals in Delhi, and follow up for listing and rectifying defects etc.
- Disciplined to work around self-imposed deadlines. Well-versed with English Speaking and legal writing
Job Description:
- Will be responsible for assisting senior colleagues at the firm or senior advocates based on demand and need.
- Drafting of Petitions, complaints, counter-affidavits, Legal Notices and replies, rejoinders, written submissions etc. with minimal supervision. (Civil, Criminal, Real Estate, Company Matters, Tax Matters, White Collar Crimes, Arbitration, Family Matters ).
