Qualifications:
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment Laws, etc.
- Client-service experience.
- Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
- Valid license to practice law
Responsibilities:
Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements.
Negotiates transactions and agreements governing M&A, business transfers, collaborations licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
