Qualification:
- The candidate is reasonably expected to be well-versed and fairly conversant in the art of drafting of pleadings, applying their mind on the controversy of facts and question of law involved in the matters.
Experience:
- PQE 2-5 years
- Candidates with prior experience in Criminal/White Collar Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law practice will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
The work would involve extensive drafting and court appearances.
