With more than 40 years of experience in rendering legal services and entitled as Advocate on Record (AOR) of the Supreme Court of India, advocate Shashi Kiran is one the leading lawyers in Delhi NCR.
In addition to successfully representing individual and corporate clients at various courts of law and tribunals she has also served as a prominent panel advocate of corporations such as Delhi Metro, MTNL, HAL, MCD, Union of India, Ministry of Railways.
She has been in news for her widely acknowledged Public Interest Litigations (PIL) – against counterfeit bottled water and spurious pharmaceutical drugs being sold in NCT and nationwide, setting up family courts in Delhi, prevention of female infanticide. She is having many legal publications, some notable legal books written by her are “Digest on Land Laws and Compensation Cases” and “Law of Maintenance”.
