About:
Aishwarye has moulded his professional career in a manner where his love for the defence and maritime sectors has placed him in a unique position. He is a specialist in Maritime (Commercial) Laws & Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation).
As a Maritime Strategist, Aishwarye specialises in the Law of Naval Warfare, the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), the San Remo Manual, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), SUA Convention, Maritime Terrorism, Underwater Cables and Privately Armed Security Personnel (on-board ships), Floating Armouries and has a deep understanding of the maritime security interests of India.
