About:
CSBC has partnered with the Moradabad Division of Northern Railways for a behaviour change project. The project requires use of behavioural science approach for modifying rail users’ behaviour in trains (specifically focusing on INTERCITY EXP. 14315/16, running from Bareilly to New Delhi) towards safer travelling practices and hygiene.
Role:
Intern
Duration:
2 weeks (starting 26 September)
Location:
Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Please note that this role will involve travel.
Qualifications:
- A student enrolled in a graduate or post-graduate programme, preferably with basic knowledge of behavioural sciences.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Comfort with remote field visits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits in the train.
- Interview passengers to understand their attitudes and behaviour towards sanitation and safety practices.
- Documentation of the observations and interviews taken.
Stipend:
Remuneration is competitive with the sector and will vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications and work experience)
