Data Protection Research Intern
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and writing skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Solid understanding of data protection and privacy principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with evolving privacy landscape.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
• Basic LinkedIn marketing knowledge and how to use LinkedIn effectively to grow and tap leads
• Legal or technical background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research on data protection regulations, privacy laws, and emerging trends in the field.
• Analyze and synthesize complex legal and technical information related to data privacy.
• Assist in the development of informative and engaging content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations, to communicate key concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of privacy-enhancing features and products.
• Stay current with industry developments and changes in privacy regulations to inform the company’s approach to data protection.
• Support the creation and maintenance of privacy documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops related to data protection and privacy.
