About:

Qualification:
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing)
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Good Computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Secretarial work in company law, FEMA, insolvency and related acts Drafting and vetting all agreements for commercial contracts. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation; execution of legal documentation.
