Qualification:
Students currently pursuing their studies in the final year of a 5-year degree course or in their final year in a 3-year degree course, or those who have recently completed their LLB from recognized colleges
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct corporate/ real estate due diligences.
- Analyze and summarize complex legal information.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Participate in conferences and client meetings (as required).
