Role:
Senior Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or BA.LLB) from a recognized university; admission to the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, and conducting due diligence.
- In-depth understanding of the Companies Act, FDI, SEBI regulations, RBI, FEMA, and other relevant corporate laws and regulations.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years practicing corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, Debt and corporate restructuring.
