Qualification:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to actively listen to clients’ concerns and provide empathetic support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic Legal Knowledge and familiarity with banking law
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal guidance and advice to clients over the phone.
- Listen attentively to clients’ concerns and provide personalized solutions to address their legal issues.
- Research and analyze relevant legal principles, statutes, and case law to support client inquiries.
- Explain complex legal concepts and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the law.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Attend seminars and other related platforms to explain our services to potential clients.
