Qualifications:
- LLB (CS qualification will be preferred though not essential)
- 1-4 years exp
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good drafting and communication skills, client handling skills, exp in handling General Corporate and Commercial Legal Advisory, M&A Transactions, EPC Contracts and Projects, Company law and Insolvency cases.
- Candidate having exposure and willingness to handle litigation and disputes also will be preferred.
