Qualifications:
- Should be a qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- 10-12 years of experience as a qualified Company Secretary of Large/Medium Size Public Company.
- Working in Listed will be preferred. However, Candidate handling only private companies should not apply.
- Should be handling atleast 7-8 group companies.
- Knowledge of Corporate laws and regulations (including Competition and takeover laws) , Secretarial concepts and practices, Stock Exchanges / Depositories operations
- Should demonstrate behavioural skills like Interpersonal Skills, Attention to Detail, Networking and Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
- Monitor adherence to statutory, regulatory, corporate reporting and disclosure requirements
- Support Jio and its subsidiaries and affiliates in achieving compliance
- Organizing of Board & Shareholder meetings & Board-level Advisory Support
- Corporate Reporting, Disclosures & Records Management
- ESOP administration
- Support during incorporation, listing, restructuring and divestiture of companies and any M&A activities
- Shareholder Servicing & Monitoring
- Stakeholder Management
