About:
Adv. Deepti Dole is a Corporate Lawyer and qualified Company Secretary, working for more than 15 plus years in Corporate Laws.
She focuses on advising, assisting, representing well renowned Indian, multi-national companies in a wide range of Company law matters, due-diligence, Acquisitions & Investment advisory, employment laws, contract laws, foreign-exchange laws, CSR, Data protection, arbitration and dispute resolution matters etc.
She acts as a Legal Advisor on matters pertaining to FEMA, FIFB/FIFP approvals, FDI, Outbound investment, ECB, compounding matters before RBI etc.
She is passionate to represent clients before NCLT- restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions (M & A), IBC, etc. She supports organizations in due-diligence, preparing the entities for acquisitions, funding and arbitration matters.
She is keen on POSH-Prevention of Sexual Harassment. Therefore delivers sessions on POSH and Gender awareness/sensitization/stereotyping, provides advisory and is a part as an External Member of the Internal Committee of various multi- national organizations PAN India basis.
