Legal Senior Associate

Qualifications:
- Desirable skill set includes (i) proficiency in independently negotiating and drafting commercial contracts including Shareholders’ Agreement, Share Purchase Agreements, Lease Deeds, Joint Development Agreements etc. (ii) detail knowledge of Foreign Exchange Management Act and rules / regulations issued thereunder, (iii) Proficient knowledge of Companies Act and LLP Act (iv) working knowledge of tax laws.
- Relevant work experience required will be upwards of 7 years.
