Junior Associate
Area:
DRT, NCLT, High Court (Original and Appellate side), Real Estate, Consumer Forum and District Courts.
Location:
Kolkata, West Bengal
Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM Graduates/Masters
- Experience- 3 to 5 years
- It is preferred that the candidate should be residing at or around Kolkata, West Bengal.
- The candidate applying should be familiar with practices followed in The Hon’ble High Court, Learned District Courts, Hon’ble Tribunals and other Forums.
- The candidate if applying for Real Estate should be familiar with the drafting of Agreements, Conveyancing and procedures of Registration of documents.
