Qualification:
- Bachelor’s of Law from a college of repute.
- 1-3 years of Post Qualification Experience preferably within the corporate commercial, financial, civil disputes, arbitration, and experience in drafting.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- The Associates will function as Research Associates and Tribunal Secretaries to a Former Judge, in domestic and international arbitrations and render assistance with legal opinions and advisory work.
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills in domestic and international arbitration with good research skills. The job will also involve working on complex legal issues involving commercial contracts, company law, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and other business laws.
Salary:
As per industry standards, subject to qualification, skillset, and prior experience.
