Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be involved in both advisory and enforcement work.
- Combinations (i.e., M&A, PE and JV) related work. Mix of filings and notifiability analysis.
- Basic working knowledge of cartels, abuse of dominance and – distribution agreements.
- Ability or willingness to think out of the box and take ownership.
