Responsibilities:
- Docketing deadlines entry, review, and maintaining of records for different PTOs and Client Correspondence side;
- Well-versed with various IP software and databases such as ANAQUA, Foundation IP, IP Manager, PATTSY, CPI, Memotech, etc.;
- Knowledge of USPTO, EPO and other foreign patent prosecution steps and timelines;
- Well-versed with IDS, Assignments, PTA, ADS, and other formal requisites.
- QC of the processed volumes;
- Data Validation;
- Versed with client portfolio and communications management;
- Deadline management – internal, client-side, PTO side;
- Dashboard review;
- Imparting Training;
- Reports generation and customizations;
- Adaptability to new projects;
- Invoices preparation
