Requirements:
- Minimum 40-60 words typing speed with knowledge and skill in drafting pleadings such as cease and desist legal notices, plaint, written statements, rejoinders etc in infringement and passing off cases ( thus prior experience in trademark litigation is a must).
- Interacting and handling client accounts for their Trademark, copyright and design law prosecution portfolios ( including replies to examination report, notice of opposition and counter statements) both in India and in foreign countries
- Handling client communications on phone and email.
- Other assignments include attending to court / Tribunal / Trademark registry hearings .
Remuneration:
The remuneration shall be as per industry standard. [ Indicative : Rs. 15,000 to 50,000 for the right candidate.]
