About the law firm:
Ikigai Law is a general practice law firm that provides legal and strategic advice to new-age businesses that thrive on technology and business-level innovation. Our key clients are innovative, agile and disruptive businesses. The firm differentiates itself from other firms with respect to the clients they work with and the work down with them. When working with such clients, it is even more important that our advice is not only “legal” but also strategic, and in line with their mode of business, objectives and strategy.
Role:
Ikigai Law is hiring for two roles.
The openings are in the following teams:
(1) VC and M&A – The candidate should have strong venture capital experience at a law firm and be able to run small deals end-to-end.
(2) TMT – The candidate should have prior experience in working with technology laws and should have worked at a law firm for at least 2 years.
PQE:
4+ years for both roles..
Compensation:
Compensation will be at par with that offered at top-tier law firms.
Location:
The role is based in Delhi but the firm is working remotely for now.
